It has been my experience that when life gets very bad for us we must make some radical changes that will help us transform and transcend our pain and suffering.
I have found that alternative medicine or holistic health practices have helped me overcome my stress, anxiety and depression. For example, while examining our life--basic needs, we can look at our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms and relationships to determine how to restore our strength, coordination, balance and flexibility.
What types of health practice do you do on a daily basis? eg.Meditation, massage, tai chi, relaxation. Have you made an internal commitment to *change*? I joined with others to search and find the needed exercises/health practices to improve the quality of our life, health and relationships.
