heheheh the only thing about getting older is our livers and colon get more congested if we haven't been taking care of them. Unless we're like 50 or more and going thru menopause, I don't think getting older means a darn thing! LOL! :)
You need: Niacin, the regular kind (it shouldn't say non-flush) about 40 or 60 mg dose.
Dry brush.
Loofah or washcloth.
Epsom Salts , baking soda, powdered ginger - economy sized bottle, or make ginger tea from fresh ginger.
Cayenne pepper (optional.)
extra towels or bathrobe.
Good drinking water.
Take Niacin 20 minutes before bath, drink pint of water minimum. Add cayenne to the water you drink, and can add it to the bath but beware, you'll feel it! :)
Fill the tub with water as hot as you can stand, adding 1 cup ES, 1/2 cup baking soda, 3/4 cup powdered ginger or ginger tea. The ginger is important! acts on the pores. The salt makes sure the toxins want ot leave your pores and not reenter.
Soak and constantly rub skin all over.
Keep adding hot water or get out when water cools and wrap up warm, get under the covers, and keep sweating.
Shower in lukewarm water, or just dry off completely, go to sleep.
Don't do this immediately after eating, baths slow down digestion.
