Hey, Vanmel! I was wondering how your Oxypowder cleanse was going. Have you gotten anything out that looked like it might be mucoid plaque? I've been taking it for a while too. I was hoping to get some black sludge out, but I didn't. I did however, get some brown sludge out, and the plaque that I passed on P & B was brown too, so maybe that is it.
