You will get used to the taste. It gets easier, trust me. If you really really need to eat, have some veggie broth. Stay strong!!!

I'm on day 2, and believe me, I'm not good at this either! I promise you, day 2 is easier. I want to eat sooo bad, but I am getting good results from the cleanse. That keeps me motivated. Hang in there, the outcome far outweighs the sacrifice we are going through!

ooooooh, I knew this would be TOUGH. Hang in there, Patti, I'm rooting for you. I need to do the pre-fast -- my diet isn't as clean as yours -- but I sure hope I can make it when I get to day one.

same thing. Funny, I don't remember any mention of how nasty
these shakes taste from my searches before deciding on this! LOL

Just know you aren't alone - there is someone out here dreading
those things every three hours with you! (I'm on Day 1 also)
Let's hope it does get easier anyway.

So I just started on my first shake last night. And it tasted pretty good, especially for a modified P&B shake. I mean, it wouldn't be my treat of choice, but I thought it tasted much better than most detox substances.
