Today is the 7th day of my BH cleanse.
Friday was the 5th but I had some packages left and I decided to fast for two more days.
I am amazed of how much mucoid plaque I have passed. I am so glad I have been able to fast without any problem.
Actually today I decided to break the fast but after eating some boiled potatoes I went to the bathroom and passed some more MP, so I am wondering if I should continue.
I do not have any toxin absorber left but I had some HH bulking agent, I was thinking about taking some shakes of HH bulking agent tomorrow to see how it goes.
For the people who think that MP does not exist: it exists.
I believe that not everybody has it though. I think I have so much because I suffered with constipation all my life, so I have too much debris accumulated.
I have a prominent belly. I think that people with flat stomachs do not have that much MP but people who have belly and they look like round, may have a lot of MP.
How do I know it is MP? I have taken the shakes with Carrot juice because I have candida and I cannot take too much apple juice. The shake is very orange. But my MP is not orange, it is dark green, rubbery and does not break apart. I also pass toxin absorber and it is orange.
So I hope I can feel better after the cleanse. I think I have lost around 8 pounds of weight and my skin is very clean and everybody said I had some glow in my eyes!!
Also, my fast became a very spiritual one. I have prayed a lot. The first three days I had some kind of panic attacks but after praying for long time I am feeling and incredible peace.
I hope you also can have a successful cleanse!!

I have a question, did you try other ways to remove the MP before the BH? I'm trying to avoid the cost, and just finished a 5 day fast doing at least four p&b shakes a day, plus herbs to get things moving, started it all off with a colonic. I got out a lot of smelly stuff, and I believe some of it was newer MP, as it was stringy, but it was light. I do believe I have MP as I have a pot belly, and am prone to constipation. I'm just wondering if there is a magical ingredient in BH that does the trick, or if it's the WAY and amount you take everything. Do you think it can be mimicked by doing it yourself less expensively, or should I just take the plunge. I really am curious to know if tried other ways, and this is the way that finally worked, or if this was your first attempt at removing MP. Thanks, and congrats!

I remember reading a post some time ago from someone that has done that kind of do it yourself Bowel Cleanse kit very sucessfully.
I am not aware about how to do it though. So you will need to research!
I think it can be done, just get good quality herbs, better if organic.
Muculess diet is important too, fasting is better.

Congrats on your second cleanse. I intend to do a second cleanse at the end of May. I had a very successful first cleanse but I still feel that there is more in there, especially candida.
Did the stuff the came out look the same as when you first did the cleanse? Also do you feel like you have gotton rid of most of it?

I passed less MP but it was harder and darker.
I think I still have more, but the older MP the harder the cleanse is.
I will try it again later, I need to slow down for a little while.
Fasting was easier and it make me look better!!!

Was just wondering why you said the older the MP, the harder the cleanse? Does it hurt when it comes away and out or is it just harder to get it to come out? Well done on the 2nd BH cleanse. I'm about to do my first........just waiting for the postman!

It did not hurt but it was uncomfortable, especially at night
I felt the movements of MP inside me, and the toxins stirred up all in my body.
Sometimes energetic and sometimes very tired.
On saturday I passed a lot of Mp but I had to spend all day at home, doing nothing because I new I would be passing stuff.
I will do one more soon. I just need to recover my energy. My skin is better and everybody says I look better.

I have been trying to figure out the same thing... Is it possible to get the same results without spending all the money????
I would like to do an effective cleanse, but I am a bit hesitant to spend anywhere from $50 to more than $100 dollars for the products.
I have researched all of the major commercial products (Colonix, Dr. Schulze , Blessed Herbs, etc) and tried to learn the ingredients that are common to all the programs.
It seems to me that the bottom line is to remove the digestive burden from our systems (raw diet and fasting), get things moving with fiber and herbal stimulants, and then add the clay to soak up the toxins and flush them out.
I am thinking of trying the simple PB shakes with some things added such as Apple Pectin, Marshmallow Root, and Slippery Elm along with an herbal laxative supplement to get things moving...
Is that basically what you did for your first attempt? I plan to ease into things by first using only the fiber and the herbs (along with a fruit and veggie diet only), then add the Bentonite to the shakes and change to a liquid diet/fast.
You said you followed your fast/shakes plan for five days? It's all so confusing, isn't it???

This is a reply to # 459,239Yes, that's basically what I did, I fasted for five days on fruit and veggie juices (store bought, as I don't have a juicer), with the occasional fruit or salad, and I averaged four p & b shakes a day (I tried do take them in between drinking juice, so they wouldn't interfere with digestion). At night I drank slim tea, which has senna in it, which did work to flush it all out in the morning. I did get lots of yucky stuff out, but nothing that I'd call black ropes. Right now I'm doing Colosan to further loosen stuff up, then I'll probably do the shakes again. I'm just amazed that people seem to instantly get stuff out with BH, but I'm stubborn, and I refuse to believe I can't figure it out myself! I definately feel healthier, and that's what counts...

I have been on 3 P&B shakes daily for the last 8 months. I also do coffee enemas mornings and evenings. Is this working? Wow!
So far I passed over 130 feet of ropes (the rubbery kind). First 2 1/2 months I passed recent soft old matter. The next 5 months I passed rubbery ropes, grey and brown. For about the last 6 weeks its been candida tangles and candida jelly-like crap.
The first 3 months I did HH, since then its been only the shakes. I started with 1 teasp. each, psyllium rough, psyllium fine and clay powder.

This is a reply to # 459,247Wow, that's cool to know! Maybe it just takes time. Did you read anywhere that it's ok to do that many coffee enemas? I would wonder if that would stress your liver out, since the caffiene makes your liver release toxins, and if you're doing that twice a day over many months, I would think your liver would want a break! I want to actually research how often you can take them, because I did one the other day, and I loved the energy it gave me, especially because I recently gave up drinking coffee. Have you thought of just doing saline enemas? But then any enema, I believe shouldn't be done every day because your body can get addicted to them. It sounds like it's working for you, I would just worry about doing more harm than good in the end...

The Max Gerson Cancer Cure calls for daily coffee enemas every 4 hours, even in the night. This can be done safely, according to this protocol, for up to 2 years. Good Luck, Giz.

This is a reply to # 459,247Wow Giz - sounds like you are dedicated! I'm glad to hear that the shakes work for you. I think I am going to embark on my first cleanse starting Monday using the PB shakes and herbal supplements as needed.
One question - do you have any concerns about taking the Bentonite clay for that long? I have read conflicting opinions about possible problems absorbing alumninum, etc... Do you have any opinion/knowledge to share on that issue?
Lastly, I have to admit - I am very intimidated by the idea or enemas or colonics... I've never done anything like that. Do you think you would have been as successful as you have without the enemas? Are salt water flushes a good replacement for us timid newbies?

When the Bentonite is mixed with the psyllium it is in the 'sweeping mode' which by passes digestion and by my thinking the intestnes are not effected by the contents of the clay. But, I may be wrong. I have been taking Bentonite daily for years on and off and I have not developed 'Alzheimers' to my knowledge :-) But this may be a good time to take a break from the clay. :-)
When I see what comes through from the coffee enemas I am thankful that it is out! Thinking about a project is the stressful part; just do it. Actually, I look forward to my daily ritual. It brings me closer to my clean gut goal. Of course, I am not going to miss the routine when all is clean. :-) Giz.

This is a reply to # 459,240I would be in the same boat - I don't have a juicer at home, so it would have to be store bought for me as well. I think I am going to get the "supplies" today and plan to start the shakes on Monday.
Keep us posted on how the Colosan works for you.
I guess I am stubborn too! :) I just think that all of the commercial products might not be a necessity if you do the work and research for yourself (although it sounds like most of them are very effective for people).
You said you got lots of yucky stuff out, so that is probably a good start. I have read on there that the "newer" stuff comes out first, then eventually you start getting the old, impacted toxins out. I guess we just have to be patient! :)

This is a reply to # 459,251I love the Colosan, it pretty much gives me the runs, but compared to constipation like I always had, I consider this a good thing. Also, you can feel it bubbling in your intestines, and I like to imagine it dissolving all the decay.
Yeah, my Acne has completely gone away and my skin is so soft, and I look generally younger. Plus I'm losing weight, those last stubborn pounds that have always hung on, but I attribute all this to the two Liver Flushes I've done, thought I'm sure it's all tied together.- Re: My second BH cleanse experience Texas123

I've been fighing Acne for about 15 years, and I decided that dermatologists were no longer an option. I stumbled onto this site (and others) and have been researching from there; my search for clear skin has turned into a quest for overall health because of everything I've read on here...
