I'm new here at Curezone, though I've read some articles/forum treads already. I have a question about the use of coffee in colemas.
- Is it safe/effective to do a colema (NOT an ENema) with organic coffee??
I want to do a complete body cleanse in some time, with a juice fast and 2 colemas a day (with a colema board and all). But my problem is: I also want to draw accumulated toxins from my liver each day, with organic coffee (as advised by e.g. Max Gerson). Normally this is done with an enema. But if that is the only (safe/effective) way to do it, it would mean I would have to take 2 colemas a day as well as 2 enemas. Very unpractical!
Now I'm wondering: can I not just add organic coffee to the colema water?
To be more specific: it will be colema sessions of 1/2 hour.
- Will the coffee substances get into the liver as well as with an enema? In other words: Is a 'coffee COLema' (for as far as it exists) as effective as a coffee ENema?
- Is it safe to have coffee (diluted or not) inside you for 1/2 hour?
- If it should be diluted, what proportion should I use?
Does anyone here know the answers to my questions? Maybe someone has experience with this?
Thanks a bunch in advance!
