Hi all,
Been having problems with sleeping at night and feeling very drowsy in the morning, decided to try Ornithine at night and Arginine in the morning, Can anyone advise me on dosage and when to take etc?
Would love to know what these amino acids do in the body that makes them particularly usefull in our case.

you can take ORTHO up to 8 capsules before bedtime. That is the max... but... instructions say to start out with 1 pill, work your way up to 3.. and them see if you can sleep on your own... personally, I need about 6-8 to sleep well ... The Arigine.. one when you wake up, one before lunch and one before 3 pm.. otherwise you will be awake all day.... I take one Arigine in the morn and It keeps me going.... until around 3pm, then I get tired..... hope it helps!
