The above post, and eat lots of coconut in all forms (shredded/milk), fresh pineapple, pumpkin seeds, almonds, onions, apple cider vinegar, lemon, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, pomegranate, radishes, unrefined Sea Salt
and cayenne spice.
A very high fiber cereal product (this contains little starch) as parasites
hate fiber. Granny Smith apples and cherries are low in Sugar
so can be used with the cereal. Meat should be very well cooked if eaten.
Personally, high starch food such as rice and refined wheat products give me immediate symptoms as do milk products, even yoghurt.....
