SHAGLEY
when you are kidney cleansing and after a liver flush, i.e milk thistle dandelion etc.
Also in my case i am using pau d arco + astralagus for after amalgam removal and it is helping me a lot (thanks to you).
So if someone for example has a congested liver, candida imbalance and a general toxicity crisis i.e AMA and congested colon through living a life of over indulgence and unhealthy foods what plan of action would you suggest?
If it were me and from what i have read and learnt this past year i would firstly do a colon cleanse.
Then i would cleanse the kidneys.
Then i would start to liver flush.
After every 4 or so flushes i would do some more colon cleansing and a kidney cleansing.
During this entire time i would have worked out my dosha and started on the diet that best suited my type.
I would change my daily routine to fit the Ayurvedic principles.
BUT
How much cleansing can one expect to do without taking a break?
Surely if you are constantly cleansing then the body becomes lazy and thinks it doesnt need to work itself as you are doing all the work!
I am sorry to butt in Andreas but i wondered whether my plan of attack is a good one to suggest to someone who i love and care for and would like to help get healthy again.
Thank you
Shagley
