Thanks for the great suggestions. I do supplement daily with flax oil (1 TBSP twice per day), plus have olive oil in my salad dressing daily as well, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'll try the Ayurvedic milk drink before bed, however I am lactose intolerant so will have to do it with rice milk and hope for the same effect. Also, I have read Dr. Jensen's book, it is an excellent book. I do not have a slant board, but should try to find one.
I am somewhat tentative about using Dr. Schulze
's intestinal formula as it contains laxative herbs which over time as we know can create bowel dependence. I'm wondering if the product is something people only use for short periods of times, or if they have found that they need to take it indefinitely.
