Thank you very much Alikat.
I read more about Candida and I found a good tip at "IBS for dummies" the elimination diet: No
Sugar (fruits included), No bread, no coffee, no milk/diary.
I'm in the 4th day and I noticed improvement: Less gas, less bloating.
The 2nd day I felt terrible, headache, fever, shivers, just as the dummies book said, as the dying yeast -- starved bt lack of sugars/carbs -- releases toxins into the bloodstream, so you get these flu-like symptoms.
Now I'm eating more vegies, chicken, lean meat, tea. Today I started to feel better, and I noticed less complaints from my surrounding coworkers, so I think it's working.
I also keep taking my naturopathy stuff -- colostrum, digestive enzymes, oil fish, lactobacilus/bifidus --. The ND told me I'll be totally recovered in 60 days, today are 45 days, so I probably won't be cured as he said.
If natural medicine doesn't work for me, I think I'll get back to allopatic medicine.
What do you think of my plan?
