I would do at least one epsom. All the water coming out is good, just think how clean you are going to be.

Everybody gets that buttwater. You want to make sure that no little stones got stuck in your intestines.

Ya know I went ahead and did the first epsom shake anyways. I felt better rested and able to handle it. I'm going to do the second one in half an hour. Would you by chance know the biology behind the timing though? I wonder what I missed out on by waiting 3 hours. I'm getting green stuff (some interesting tear-drop shaped) but I wonder if I woulda gotten more. This is quite a taxing experience I might add.

If anyone new reads this, its definitely worth doing everything leading up to it, since as difficult or annoying they may be, this flush thing puts them to shame and if they can contribute to a better result, it should be done, since you might as well get the most outta the oil night. I did the parasite cleanse for one week (got up to 10 drops 3 times a day), skipped a week cuz I was intimidated, and did a day of 20 drops 2 times the day before. I was groanin bout how I missed regular water, but really that was easy breezy compared to the oil experience. I'm going to do all the cleanses before I do the liver cleanse again to get the best results I can next time. Also is shape of stones indicative of something? Shelleycat I saw a posting from you elsewhere regarding something being clay-colored. Isn't all stool relatively clay-colored? Or were u referring to the stones?

I'm doing this for acne. I have large pores that fill with whiteheads all the time and occassional cystic Acne that scars terribly, and strangely dry skin. When I clean out the whiteheads, I notice they have a horrible odor about them. And I did see an onset about the same time I started socially drinking and my cholesterol rose. I still socially drink, but eat decently (couldn't we all eat better?) and workout so my cholesterol is decent. I'm a vegetarian so I do think I have too much dairy at times (cheese, eggs, skim milk). And of course it flares during my cycle. I still think that the time frame when my cholesterol was high it blocked something somewhere and thats why stuff clogs my skin. Is still a theory for now.

Sorry to go on and on. I read all these posts and think thank gawd for you guys. I mean just being able to do a search and see if someone has fixed the same problem or responds while you're having trouble with your flush is so nice, so if this helps anyone, I don't mind rambling.
