I see. I don't know the answer to this except that he may need to see a doctor about it. Maybe you could suggest the mens style that I spoked about. I only put my wife's panties on once and took them off as I didn't like them. I do use the type I said before. Do some suggestions that may appeal to him. Good Luck. :-)
