Well, when something makes you feel bad it could mean it's making you better. So...I'd clean up the Herxheimer reaction by killing off the bad guys more directly, and detoxifying the by-product of the yeast and dead bad guy cells that cause the most reaction. Take some Caprylic Acid to kill off the bad guys, and take Pantethine, the metabolized form of B-5, which is the only thing that detoxifies the tissue-eating waste by-product of Candida, Acetaldehyde. Then seed the good guys with home-made kraut, or consider trying something like Nature's Biotics. Choline feeds the sleep center of the brain so have a poached egg yolk or two for din-din.

I recently have been having the same problems!
I have been taking a probiotic that's from the pharmacy "inner health plus" and also an organic green superfoods powder called "probiotic food"
I can't figure out which one is making my sleep so wrestles and crazy but I have stopped the refrigerated one and just keeping up with the organic green one, with out that one a can feel the difference in my energy levels and find my self craving more coffee and don't wake up as energised. I can't find any thing anywhere about probiotic side effects and restlessness except for your post.
I saw on my Fitbit that as soon as I started the 2 probiotics my sleep went from 8 hours solid to 3 hours solid + 4 hours of wrestles sleep, the graph was out of control, although my sleep is so wrestles I still feel great and seem to have more energy and wake up earlier to exercise, and have cut back on coffee and redbull to only 1 coffee a day. Hence why I don't want to cut out the probiotic food. I feel it is giving me so much great energy my body needs. I don't know what to do! I have stopped the refrigerated probiotic "inner health plus" 3 days ago but my sleep is still the same. HELP !!
