I can't tell you what is causing you to feel so bad; I can mention some things that people do that contribute to feeling bad after, or during a liver flush.
1) Liver Flushes
too frequently: Some people can flush every two weeks, but each person is different.
2) depletions of magnesium an potassium ( Sea Salt
can replenish most of your minerals) You may be drinking a lot of water, but if you are flushing it all out too fast, you can be hydrated, but deficient in electrolytes and minerals. This is very important!!!
3) Eating, or drinking after 2:00pm
4) Eating a high fat meal just before the liver flush.
