Well I made it. Here is what happened.
At 6PM I had my first dose of Epsom Salts
. It was the absolutely most awful thing I have ever tasted in my life! I nearly vomited just gagging them down. On top of that, I was very hungry. The Epsom Salts
made my mouth water, which made me even more hungry.
At 8PM I had my second dose of Epsom Salts
. Again, I was grimacing and fighting the bitter taste. At that point I was so hungry I was nearly dizzy.
9:45 I measure out my fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and olive oil. I really like olive oil, so I was looking forward something, ANYTHING other than the epsom salts. Blech!
10PM I took my grapefruit juice and olive oil with 4 capsules of ornithine and laid down. 10 minutes passed and I felt some very weird spasmodic jerking in my gallbladder area. Not painful, just nothing I had felt before.
I woke up at 8 this morning and passed about 5 stones. Two were about a 1/2 inch
in length, the others were smaller. So far this morning I'd say I've passed about 30 stones. Nothing earth-shattering. The stones are green and extremely pungent. I have had about 6 watery BMs already, and get about 2 or 3 more stones with each BM. These newer ones are smaller than a pea, but still green.
I am happy to have done this, both my Mom & sister had their gall bladders removed and I will not succumb to established medical culture just to fatten someone's pocketbook. I will probably repeat the cleanse, IF I can find a way to get the epsom salts down without nearly throwing up. I had some more epsom salts this morning after I woke up, this time with powdered vitamin C. Again, the taste was HORRIBLE.
I recommend you do your first flush on a day when you do not have to work the next day. A Friday night would be good, because if you go to church like me you'll need Saturday to rest up and won't want to worry about pooping your pants in the pew.
