Well Sharancs...some people are adamant about the preparation and some people jump right away into flushing with no problems. It's different for everyone.

If you're itching to do it because you're in pain, I say do it right away. Then start your parasite cleanse right after it (Paragone, you can buy at your health/vitamin store) and continue parasite cleansing for at least a month. Keep flushing every 2 weeks...unless you feel achey again, then flush right away.

I didn't do any of those things before my liver cleanses. I flushed out a lot of liver flukes my first 2 cleanses. I did feel pretty rough though for a few days afterwards. After the 3rd flush the recovery time was much faster. It probably would be better though and easier on your body to do the other cleanses first but if that's not possible the liver cleanse still works. I also drank the apple juice for 5 days before to soften my stones which worked very well and was a good thing cause i passed a stone more than an inch in diameter.

???--This is a lot of crap. I have had great success Without any of this nonsense(product pushers). The only preparation one needs is to make sure the colon is moving really good. There are great cleanses #1 for instance a 3 day Organic Apple juice cleanse with lemon,garlic, and tea. Dr Shultz has a great one, and Dr. Shultz would tell you the same thing about the colon being free to dump anything your body may released. A good test is to eat a whole can of corn and if it comes out with in 24 hours your in good shape to start. Garlic is about the best parasite killer know. Also people that have liver troubles ( today because of the American diet,the amount of over the counter/prescriptions etc.we all have a compromised livers)and should not ever do coke. You can't clean a liver with living parasites in it. You won't get out many stones, and will feel quite sick. Zap daily the week before, or get through the first three weeks of the parasite killing program before attempting a liver cleanse. If you are on a parasite maintenance program, do a high dose program the week before.
Completing the kidney cleanse before cleansing the liver is also recommended. You want your kidneys, bladder and urinary tract in top working condition so they can efficiently remove any undesirable substances incidentally absorbed from the intestine as the bile is being excreted.
Do any dental work first, if possible. Your mouth should be metal free and bacteria free (cavitations are cleaned). A toxic mouth can put a heavy load on the liver, burdening it immediately after cleansing. Eliminate that problem first for best results.
