Preliminary steps to liver cleanse

Hello all,
I am interested in doing my first Liver Flush but according to the Hulda Clark site I should be doing a parasite then kidney flush.
Is it typical to do both of these first (which could take some time)? Has anyone done a Bowel Cleanse first?
The bottom line is, can I do the Liver Flush without these other steps?

Many people have jumped right into Liver Flushing without any preliminaries. Some have great results, other not so good. But, even with preparation the results may not be 'perfect'. So! I say - start flushing....and maybe after your first flush you'll start parasite cleansing. It IS a good idea. It DOES happen that parasites come out! ack. Just check the parasite Forum. And Ocean, here, only got worms out on several liver flushes! eeek. So, I say....do a flush - then start parasite cleansing...then do another flush 2 weeks later. Flush till you feel good and get all those stones out!
You may even want to bowel cleanse! Whole body connected and all that. Get those toxins out!

In doing some more investigation I see that the lemonade fast takes care of the bowel and kidneys (with the salt water to start the day). It looks like I could use that for a few days before doing the liver flush.
Is it advisable to use the parasite herbs during the Master fast or wait until things are stabilized afterward?- Re: Preliminary steps to liver clean... Tracey

This is a reply to # 597,600Yup, you can do the parasite herbs at the same time. It's actually a little easier because there is no food to work around. (must be taken on an empty stomach - lemonade doesn't count as food!)
Check out the link I gave you and the 'Ultimate Cleanse'...you might want to do this. The b&p's are a powerful bowel cleanse...my boyfriend eliminated a 1974 penny he swallowed when he was a child, by taking the b&p's!!
