I have great respect for Dr. Klingheart and find his protocol effective. My only concern is with the chlorella's purity. Because chlorella is so efficient in binding with heavy metals, more often than not, heavy metals are attached to the chlorella during the process of growing it or packaging it. If you chose to use chlorella, you must test it for purity or purchase it from someone you trust and has tested it.

I am personally partial to our BodyPure pads and would use them in combination with infrared sauna/ vitamin B3 combination (please do not use if you have any condition that would contraindicate its employment). I have also had good results, combining the pads with metal-free and PCA R(x) or PCA plus.

Most important in successful detoxification, once you find an effective protocol, is being consistent and paying close attention to your body.
