Caffeine is a BAD thing during a fast, as your body is DETOXING, and caffeine is one of the toxins it is trying to flush! Stick to herbal teas, fruit /veg juices! Water Fasting
is VERY hard unless you are pretty clean... either The Master Cleanse
or juice fasting would be much easier on your system, and you will still lose about 1 lb. daily. REMEMBER, unless you change your diet/exercise program, you WILL regain that weight back, plus! just as you would with any other diet program. Now is a good time to consider making healthy changes in your lifestyle, and consider fasting a CLEANSING rather than a weight loss program.
