I started a new juice fasting after a series of fast since the end of 2005. I will try to update from time to time.
My basic juice:
I use a hand-made juicer to juice orange for lunch at work. I will slowly cancel the lunch and only drink herb tea.
If possible, I will do a few days of Water Fasting
in the middle of juice fasting.
My low back and low back spine are in the cleaning and healing process, as i feel mild and comfortable pain most of time.
On the tope right side of brain, sometimes, I feel a bit pain in pulse. That is also detox.
I will have a 5-day trip (cannot avoid it) in 3 weeks and I wish I can find a way to keep fasting.
This is a wonderful support forum and I have received a lot support on my fasting periods.
