Please tell me whether it is necessary to drink lax tea or drink salted water (swf) while doing juice fasting?

MoreThis is a reply to # 682,274Honestly, enemas are best. Lax tea coming in second. I don't know of any resources which list SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as a good elimination method while fsting.
