Okay I finally made it through 2 successful days of fasting without the slightest bit of hunger! Okay well, I semi sort of cheated only in the sense that I decided to drink an Ensure shake each morning with two green tea liquidcaps and water. i'm starting right now, today a ...days water fast.
i have done already a 17 days water last year and it had been great so i'm very much looking forward to be around the 10th day..it gets so much easier after..
how did you feel on yours?
