Anyone starting after Turkey Day?

I plan on starting on 11/29 (the day that my family leaves).
I did an 18 day Master-Cleanse back in June and never felt better. This time I am planning on a juice/water fast. I'll allow juice when I workout or need some extra get up and go.
Is anyone else planning on fasting between Thanksgiving and Christmas (or other holidays?)- Re: Anyone starting after Turkey Day... marionnette

Sorry! I always forget that this is an international board!
Thanksgiving is on the 24th. However, my father is in town until Monday, the 28th so I plan on starting on the 29th. I really would like to go to 12/20.
Even if we don't start at the same time, I'm sure that I'll be posting on here and looking for support.

fasting is an amazing experience, so challenging and as rewarding as difficult it can be sometimes...still so great!!!

i did recently finished my 3rd MC, but i feel like i need to kick myself back into gear...get rid of bad habits that are quickly creeping back in, etc. my plan right now is to start every-other-day Water Fasting as soon as all of my out-of-town guests leave, which should be around the 27th or 28th. i might try to do a couple of days of just water to start, but knowing me it'll be a bit tough to start and EOD might be easier to stick to.
has anyone had alot of experience/success/etc with EOD fasting? i feel like i read about it on this board a while ago.

My brother and I are going to start the Master-Cleanse for 10 days after Turkey day....then i would like to go on water only for another 10 - 15 days. at least until Christmas so I would love to be your partner
