well i quit fasting like a week ago kinda?? i now fast all day til dinner... i am pleased to report i lost 12 pounds and 5% body fat...i lost more body fat when i got off the fast and only gained back 3 pds which is typical...dont be scared about gaining all your weight back thats only if you eat like a lil piggy:)) hahah..but yes i lost fat..dont be fooled by the naysayers! oh i was on my fast for 29 days i would have lost more weight but i ate almonds with my juice and master cleanse drinks:(( next time i wont...i think i will do another real soon for how long i dont know...i am thinking 14 days this time NO ALMONDS ...no cheating at all!
