I empathize with your concern. I was not "good" about lots of things with my diet and I drank too much alcohol. I was puffy under the eyes and had dry alligator skin. I was too scared to flush.
One day, I did a salt water flush, just for the hell of it. Then I decided to keep on with a low fat diet and do a
Liver Flush that evening. Unfortunately, I had the wrong kind of
Epsom Salts -- the bath type, not the type you drink. So, I waited but the next day, I got the right
Epsom Salts and did the flush. I was alone and scared, so I pre-dialed 911 and put the phone by my bed before I drank the olive oil/grapefruit mix.
The flush was GREAT. I expelled some stones but the key was overall improvement in body, mind and spirit. The liver is the organ impacted by emotions -- fear. The flush helped me turn my course -- I improved my diet, drank less alcohol, etc. Still need to work out more...
Most importantly, my under eye puffs have almost vanished. Even my pre-teen daughter commented on the improvement. The puffs were so bad, she was trying to figure out how to make sure she didn't do what I did to get them. Hmm, perhaps I can pursuade her to flush.
Only little nubs of puffs remain, on the tops of my cheekbones. Interesting that they are directly over the sinus accupressure points. Trying to figure out if one can flush sinuses...
If you feel toxic, try the flush. It isn't nearly as bad as is portrayed. The olive oil and grapefruit is tasty if you squeeze fresh grapefuit. Some enzyme reaction emulsifies the oil. The
Epsom Salts even went down ok -- perhaps I was magnesium deficient. The butt-pee is another story, but if you give yourself a day to recover, you can do it with dignity.
