hello MH.
Here's a question for you:
I started taking oregano oil ( 3 drops two times a day )two weeks ago. Since the 1st day I noticed that bad constipation occurred. I also have bloating and a lot of gas. I eat properly but I feel as if my gut was "sleeping" , I never feel any move or gargle. I took epsom salts a couple of times but I cannot get addicted to it. I was wondering if oregano oil could actually be the cause. I never been constipated like that before!!! Maybe I am experiencing die-off? I have read somewhere that worms can slow down
yr intestines when they feel that their life is threatened. What is yr advice?

MoreThis is a reply to # 717,638If your using the pure organo oil, that is a large dose for a beginner, if the super strength then that is a good starter dose.
No, oregano oil does bnot constipate, just the opposite, it MOVES and will burn your butt on the way out in a good dose.
It is the lower bowel balance you need, it is the only cure for the lazy over fed bowels. The true cure then is raw foods only and then you don;t need the herbs for bowel movements. Avoid Apsom Salts for this unless an emergency.

MoreThis is a reply to # 717,655Hi, like the previous man, I have started using oregano oil (1 or 2 drops daily) and and I am experiencing severe constipation. Some bloating, no pain, just like he said, kind of no movement in the gut at all, a bit dead. I am also taking grapefruit seed extract (8 drops twice daily) and black walnut (20 drops daily).
What do you think? can somebody help?
