I have the same issue, spanked more than I'd like to admit in my time, even while in relationships... now after I have sex/spanking I feel drained the next day but fine after.
I solved that problem by adding raw veggies, fruits, and nuts to my diet combined with 30 minutes of running every day.
You can rebound but it takes time depending on the extent of how much you spanked in the past.
This whole chakra nonsense wont get you anywhere. It's an interesting past time but humanity lives on without the knowledge of chakras. It doesn't live on without tangible things like food and exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
