Hi. I don't know that much, but I saw no one had responded so I thought I'd offer my two cents. The literature I read suggested a Rotation Diet
in which you do not repeat a food for 72 hours. This is based on the concept that the body responds to food sensitivities
within 2 to 72 hours. I tried this with my son, but I had to keep eliminating things to the point there were no longer enough foods that he could eat to allow rotation.
