I've used 2 Sputniks. They did get stuck in the descending colon because the critters secreted their stuff. My entire system was shutdown for elimination for a few days. It was quickly changed after I had a colonics done. It turns out that a bunch of Ascaris were washed out (most likely causing a block), and the next day the Sputniks left with elimination.

I wouldn't mind doing it again, but in my case, I would do it only with a good killing remedy. I've read other people's posts and they have had very good success with it.
