Well, my first flush, completed about a month ago, was a success! I had hundreds if not thousands of green stones, some quite large, in addition to a few calcified stones as well as sheep liver flukes. Talk about encouraging. It was a wonderful experience because there was a itty bitty part of me that didn't buy into the flushing thing. It was so satisfying and shocking to see all of that exit my body. My husband was a complete skeptic, so when he saw the stones, it gave merit to almost all the measures I've been taking to achieve vibrant health. Oh yeah, I also passed quite a bit of what I thought was Candida.

Anyway, I did another flush last night. This was another wonderful experience as well. As I lay in bed, fun, happy memories of my childhood surfaced and I was able to be genuinely grateful for my past. I had/have a very dysfunctional family and have been carrying around a lot of pain. Usually when I think about my past, bad memories are the only ones eager to show themselves. Anyway, as I was relishing my childhood and thanking God for it, I could feel a few large stones popping out of my liver.

One downside was that I only ended up sleeping about 2.5 hours. I also haven't gotten as many stones out this time as I did last time. However, I have passed A LOT of sludge/Candida. Last time I passed stones all day, so I'm sure this post is somewhat premature. I will update everyone again later this evening.
