P and B shakes are psyllium husks and/or seeds mixed with Bentonite clay and water. You have to follow the directions carefully. You have to add the psyllium husks or seeds last and shake quickly and drink immediately. It will thicken too fast to drink it, otherwise. You have to stay on the diet to get rid of the yeast, God knows I've tried it without and it does not work. Vodka is out of the question (I know, sigh). Alcohol turns into Sugar which feeds the yeast. I am looking forward to having my candida more in balance so I can drink again, but for now it's out.
