To be honest with you- I have both, and have noticed more dramatic , FAST results with Oregano Oil-- (not saying grapefruit seed extract doesn't work) I noticed that when I take a few drops under my tongue when I had sinus parasites, that the sinus parasites (or larvae stage parasites) died within minutes- and I ended up blowing my nose and washing them out of my eyes and sinuses in the sink. It didnt even touch them directly- but it killed them just the same.

I also noticed quick results with Oregano Oil snuffing out a cold or sinus infection.

I take a tablespoon of it when I get the rare cold. I used to take Nyquil, Dayquil, or other over the counter cold meds before I went herbal-- and none of them did anything for me except make me jittery and sleepy at the same time- and tastes horrible- even worse than oregano oil full strength.


Oregano Oil not only kills cold and flu bacterias-- but also viruses. Something we may want to keep in mind in case of any type of future pandemic (wether natural or man-made)
I'd get a bottle or two and pack it away for future emergencies. I wouldnt even doubt it could kill rare skin viruses- like that flesh eating bacteria.

I reccomend Barefoot Herbalist's Oregano Oil- I'ts top grade- no solvents, all wildcrafted and hand made.

I have used both for periods of time and think oregano oil is much more potent, although grapeseed extract feels like it could be working better against fungus and candida, it's just my feeling though.
