There are no special diet requirements - eat and drink what you like - HUMAWORM will still work. If your bowels are in good working order prior to the HUMAWORM cleanse, then usually no additional colon cleansing steps are needed. However, if the bowels are sluggish or irregular, then psyllium, salt water, etc. can be used to keep the bowels working properly.

I don't suggest any stonger herbs in between cleanses because of the risk of creating super parasites. You have the right thinking though, live your life, eat and drink what pleases you, travel where you may - and just parasite cleanse 2-3 times per year. You are right, we are going to pick up parasites anyway! Thanks!
