Ok, so I'm currently in the process of alkalizing my body. Here's my dilemma. I can't eat fats because my body can't seem to break them down (extremely oily skin, acne, belching, etc.). I can eat some carbohydrates, but not too many because I get fatigued easily, and get acne flare ups. I can't seem to eat any kind of grains without acne flare ups either (well that's not entirely true I guess. I can have some Ezekiel bread a few times a week). I'm afraid to eat proteins because I know my kidneys and liver are already overwhelmed. That pretty much leaves me with veggies. Hey, veggies are cool and all, but I never feel satisfied and I'm always really hungry about an hour later or so. I haven't eaten many beans because, despite soaking overnight, I still have problems with gas.
I made some buckwheat bread a few days ago. I thought I'd be ok since it was gluten-free. Turns out I was wrong. Constipated and several pimples later, here I am...(I might have accidentally eaten 2 mini loaf pans of the bread in 2 days). Total over-indulgence. I ended up having to take a teaspoon of Epsom salt on Sunday, another on Monday and 2 on Tuesday and I'm finally going really good today (actually, it's a little too much). Also, when I ate all of that bread I didn't take a pinch of Epsom salt afterward. I forgot.
Anyway, so what's a girl to do? Any ideas on what I could eat that doesn't seem to tear my body up? Gosh, how high does my pH have to be before I can eat something (nutritious) that feels sustaining without causing some kind of reaction?
As a side note, how much does exercising affect all of this? 'Cause I don't exercise at all. Most of the time I sit behind this stinkin' computer. I've got a desk job that requires me to sit in this same black chair all day staring at this little screen. I feel like I'm sitting here missing out on life... At least I can visit curezone in between projects.
