I am so sorry to hear of our difficult situation. Stress, and knowing that it will be there tomorrow when we open our eyes makes it twice as stressful, if not more.
One thing I'd advise you: Please do keep on taking your B supplements, they assist you immensely in providing some energy and replenishing some of the necessary elements to produce and/or assimilate feel-good hormones.
Your adrenals are being pushed to the max, you should up your water intake as much as possible, and perhaps look for ways to support them.
One thing that I found helpful is to try to visualize yourself shooting your energy supply when you are upset, and realizing that it does nothing to change the situation. And the situation obviously needs you. I wish I could explain it in much better terms. If you read on how the adrenal glands work, you may better understand, basically you are shooting your load and the "attack" did not happen yet.. Sometimes it feels good to be upset, because it feels as though somehow we are doing something to help the situation. I think it makes us wish that all our pain will turn into solutions currency, or that it will be trasmitted as telepathic messages to those that can help. But we are in effect only hurting ouselves and our chances of being helpful.
As for your husband, let him know that you need a support system right now, and he has to give you just a hug or some time and space. If you are so over stressed right now, you don't need to have the added worry of losing your husband. Let him know that you love him, and just need his loving support.
Try to read some of Owen's posts, look for the R & RN's - his words are geared toward love for ourselves, for a little of what we offer to others offered to ourselves, for some of that compassion given to our poor body and spirit.
Invincible posts regularly with inspiring ways to feed the spirit and establish a connection with our bodies. Fledgling also has a lot of self compassionate messages. All their messages really help to save a bit of love for the carer. the giver. the one in the middle. the shield. the catcher. the deflector. the protector. the planner. the lost. in other words: ourselves.
I will try to find a few references for you, and post the links. I am however in a class this week so it may be by next week. But I am sure you will get some really good advise. People here at CZ are so very caring and have some great advise.
As far as doing a lot of cleansings etc. maybe you can read dr. Wilson's site - I will look for some of his references, I believe he advises to try and support your body before the cleansings because the body is already so depleted and needs to be built up a little.
Take good care of yourself - if you are the rock,you must be strong, and that can only be if you nurture yourself. Hard to realize, but makes sense when you consider it.
