Howdy everyone
I been feeling so good I forgot about curezone lol
will so far I ve done 17 Liver Flushes and stop doing them for 5 months now, because I was really busy working 72 hours a week and I had no need to do any more flush since I have no more pain anywhere
but 5 months have passed since I've done Liver-Flush so I think its time to do it again
I been telling everyone I know about it and they all think I am crazy, even my close friends, but after few months they are starting to listen to me
my sister started doing her flush and she's on her 7th flush and lost her Psoriasis
my mom is 60 yrs old and she just done her 2nd flush and she's feeling better already
I been thinking about opening a Liver-Flush clinic in near future

one more thing I need to let you know is that on my 16th Liver-Flush I had a stuck stone
and YES it did hurt. solution? after 3 days of suffering I managed to do another flush and like a ways it solved the problem and no more stuck stone
so if any one experiencing stuck stone in bile or common duct, dont freak out and don't suffer for 3 days like I did, but do another Liver Flush asap and you will be good

What, if any preparation have you done now or in the past?? I've been using Planetary Herbs "STONE FREE" and I added Hydrangea Root to the mix to help kidney cleanse as well as Liver/Gallbladder.....so my next flush should be interesting :)
I am just returning after a 3 week break to nurse my critically ill father in law
I will resume flushing most likely this Sunday........can't wait
my last flush I released RED stones, pure toxicity!
I'm praying the more I get out the sooner I will heal completely

I really dont use any preparation before LF, I dont even take orithine capsules as dr clark said its madatory to take, only thing I do different from regular 8oz OO (Olive-Oil) mix is I use double the amount, so instead of 8oz(1 cup) I use 16oz(2 cups) 8oz extra virgin olive oil and 8oz freshly squeeze red ruby graphfruit. it is little tough to drint it all at once, but you can move twice as much stones if you do!!! using 8oz oil I passed 2 quarter size stone, biggest stone I ever seen on my entire LF. I wouldnt recommend it to newbies tho

This is a reply to # 804,996Thanks for all the posting, Woo!! Definitely inspirational. Are you totally "healthy" in diet now? I am on flush #2 as we speak (6:30 am West Coast...). Number 1 had about 60 green sort of flourescent stones 3 weeks ago. Planning on flushing every 2 or 3 weeks for the time being and gauging progress... Current symptoms are fatigue for more than 10 years, acne, bad breath. Anyhow, don't necessarily see myself being "perfect" in diet going forward, but we'll see. I, of course, will clean up certain ills like soft drinks, fried foods etc and eat plenty of keifer etc. Any thoughts on any/all of the above?

This is a reply to # 805,075One major thing for me Mojo in diet, was
including *good* plant oils in my diet.
This is really necessary for good liver
function and I think the crusades of the
past to get people to lower fat as much
as possible has helped in the formation
of stones as people *need* good fats in
their diet. Flax, coconut, olive or hemp
are my current choices. I also take doses
of lecithan which I used to take and never
had gallbladder issues but then stopped
when I traveled so much and the pearls
would get hot and sticky, so now I am back
on that bandwagon and my liver congestion
has diminished greatly.
I encourage you to continue your liver flushing
as well other efforts to clean up your blood
and organs of elimination. Be patient too as
it may take months but you *will* see change
and hopefully all for the better~~

Currently, I am working on plenty of water in general, having plenty of keifer and integrating a little flax seed and psyllium in my granola. Thanks for the reminder that it is a "process".

I dont think it really matters what you eat as long

no need to do all that, kidney cleanse and bowel cleans
actually Liver-Flush includes the Bowel Cleanse and if you have
kidney pain after doing Liver-Flush then you need to do kidney
cleanse but if you dont have any pain, then its not
neccessary to do all that
just start Liver-Flush today
