as i posted below i really liked the garden of life's "living multi for men"

its very easy on the stomach and break down real easy. i chewed it a couple times before swallowing it. i no longer take a multi but if i did, it would be this one.

there are many sites that sell it, you may be able to find a better price, but i think most are the same.
