I would venture a guess that it's probably emotional rather then physical issue... perhaps some form of deep seated anxiety about sex.

Have you ever masturbated, and if yes - how did it go then? If it was different, i.e. no premature loss of erection, then the problem is definitely not physical.

I've have also suffered from sexual problems but they are a little different. I can achieve and maintain an erection easily, but have a hard time ejaculating. I also have had times that a lot of pre fluid has come out. I just found out recently that my body is making very little l-arginine, which is an amino acid that is very involved in the synthesis of nitric oxide, which is critical for blood flow to the penis. I am on a homeopathic to get my body to produce more l-arginine. I tend to think that your problem is physical and not mental. There are amino acids and enzymes that are critical to proper sexual function and blood flow and you very well could be deficient in at least one of them. You might want to consider a drug like Viagra or Cialis, at least once or twice, to see if it has any effect or not. How well a drug like that works on you can tell you a lot about what is wrong with you.
