at 119...just sitting on your butt doing nothing your maintain cals are 1600
now if you are working out with all that cardio you body is going to need more fuel so it can actually do its job of losing weight (so ironic i know)
with that workout plan to stay at that weight you need 2200 cals.
to lose 1700 cals
so say post fast you did this exercise plan...
(1700/4=)425x3=1275 cals for 6-8 weeks eating every 2-3 hours to repair metabolism post fast. so say you were awake and eating for 12 hours....
1275/12 = 106.5cals for intake metab repair per hour
double that if you eat ever two hours
triple it if you eat every three hours
what do you want to change?
(as in how do you want to change your body shape?)
rule of thumb with calorie cutting. NEVER drop more than 1000 below you maintence level. it will always make you body try to gain like crazy cause it thinks its starving. generally under 1200 is the rule for females to never drop under.
but cause you are so small you needs are a little different. just 100 cal difference. but its still a difference.
the 1200 cal rules and bmis and all that is based on avg heights etc...
so tall un and teeny uns kinda have to adjust thier plan a bit.
if you want to change your body fat you should only drop your cals by 200
that will let your body use the stired fat without shocking it to consume lean muscle tissue.
general dietary cut is 500 cals
its best to eat as high calorie as possible so the final few pounds
are not a battle with metabolism repair and regains.
