I had asked if anyone had used coconut flour before the server went down. I didn't get to see if there were any replies. I just purchased some and am hoping to use it in place of wheat flour in recipes. Anybody tried it? Opinions?
I have tried it with cookies and loved it. I used 1/2 coconut flour and 1/2 gluten free flour...couldn't tell the difference in taste at all. But I did get die-off within a few hours of using it.
