This realization came to me during a "LOA visualization block":

First, I believe in the power of attraction via the process of intention and visualization.
I understand that it takes a certain amount of focus to "act out" in your mind what you wish to experience in real life.
Sometimes I have trouble getting a clear picture of what I desire in my head and although with continuous intention you can get better at it, I am curious in trying a different approach (in parallel).

This approach would focus on retrieving positive past experiences and reliving them as opposed to using visualization techniques to create something you haven't yet experienced.

The reason why I say this is because of the inundation of emotions that a past memory triggers change in your present state. These are inbred in the subconscious and are part every cell's memory.

Recalling positive emotions/experiences back into conscious awareness can have a great effect on what you wish to attract because your whole body has been previously exposed to that emotion and therefore knows how to align itself with that event.

I personally think it's more powerful (and easier for me) to recall a previous memory to trigger attraction than focusing my conscious into something I have may have a hard time connecting to because I haven't experienced it (in that specific way) and hasn't sunk into my subconscious.

Throughout my life, my body has experienced a wide range of stimuli and has stored this information in the form of retrievable memories. I know exactly what the feelings of love, hate, abundance, health, disease, etc are (in my own terms) because I have experienced them.
If I wish to bring back, say health into my life, I can quickly recall a memory of an earlier me that was disease free and full of vitality. This is such an incredibly powerfull tool because my whole body shifts its vibration frquency as I recreate that memory, and for that particular moment, I am indeed healthy and vibrant. These can be so powerful to recall, that the flood of emotions can trigger immediate physical change (goosebumps, butterflies in the stomach , tingling sensations).


Everything is energy, there is nothing solid, nothing permanent in your body; therefore it is foolish to think that instantaneous shift in vibrational frequency is impossible.
The brain (and every cell) has stored so many emotions that allows you to "reset" your present state of mind in a blink of an eye.

Your subconsconsious already knows how to align itself and bring back a positive experience into your life. It knows because it experienced it first hand before and knows exactly what it feels like. In this case there are no doubts posed by conscious, it happened already, no what ifs or buts;

this approach may clear that fog of uncertainty that sometimes comes in between your intention and what you seek to attract.
