Sorry for broing post need some info!
Everyday in the past few months, i have squeezed half a lemon with hot water and drank this 30 mnutes before breakfast.
I now combine this with around 200g chinese seaweed(algae) using a blender. Should i consume them seperately or together. any info would be great.
I'm currently living in china where fresh seaweed is available all year round and so cheap! Great hey!
