Well,tonight is my first official night back on the WD after about a week or so and i am going to attempt again at gaining some solid weight.The only thing different this time is that I am going to fill up on meats along with steamed veggies and salad ,then fill up on carbs.If I am still hungry I will eat more protein again later on in the night but smaller meals (meat/veggies) instead of a big one like at dinner and waiting at least 2 hours after the main meal. Hope it goes well,in the past I have only eaten relativly lightly for my main meal,eventhough I had an option to eat as much as I wanted to,which lead to me being able to maintain a consistant weight but also after loosing alot of it to begin with.I have really really really low bodyfat and pretty trim to begin with,I have been trying to put on weight the traditional ways (frequent meals) but dislike the timings and miss the WD way of eating. Wish me luck!
I am about 5'7 140 right now,real lean.I want to be back up to 170-180 but it's going to be a while and take some effort! I love the WD and don't think I will ever be able to go back to the standard diet.

Rygar,
May I make a few suggestions?
Try to eat within 30 minutes after you work out. That window will assist in your food going to muscle use/rebuilding.
Eat nuts...almonds, pecans, filberts...a good source of fat.
If you can find a good whey source, have it after you work out and after your "first" supper.
You strike me as a guy who has difficulty getting enough calories in for muscle gain. You may want to extend the window of overeating to 5 hours instead of 4. What a difference an hour makes! You also may have to structure/schedule what you're eating just to get everything in.
Glad to see back to the Warrior Way!

This is a reply to # 887,406lol not soo much difficult more like reluctant,I seem to want to stop eating soon before I am even full.I'll eat like a steak and salad and that'll be it for the night,I did that for a LONG time.I skipped out on the carbs and veggies for a bit and I suspect that it was the cause of my irregularity because of the lack of bulk/fiber in my gut.I am now back to eating as much as I am hungry but I know it will be difficult for me,for some reason I just don't want to eat alot anymore for my main meal though I know that if I did I may actually put on the weight I want to.I hope i haven't developed some sort of eating disorder! AAaarrgg!! (0_o)
I also drink a weight gainer now after my workouts,it seems to be doing it's job being that I feel stronger.

I may have to try that 5 hour window thing,I just got done eating half a rack of baby back ribs,salad and steamed veggies.Though I am not hungry,I am not really full neither but it's soo close to my bedtime I may just go to bed.
I will try to have 2-3 meals tommorow during that 5 hour window.I feel like I can eat more if I allow my stomach to settle some but like I said,I am pretty sleepy so I may just knock out.It was a good meal!
Looking back,no wonder I could'nt eat as much in the past..i ate soo close to my bedtime that I'd just sleep,it would also explain my extreme leaness as well.

I drank some coffee for once in a long time and it's kept my alert as well as kept my appetite down as well.I may start drinking it again.-

Since adding larger portions of steamed veggies,salads and beans I am officialy regular again.I also cut my protein intake by about half and if I do eat more then I usualy do I will eat a little bit more veggies/beans to compensate.
I notice that the pain and tightness in my gut has also went away as well.
It's been about two months since I've stopped using Oxypowder .
Though I have attempted this before,this is the first time it's actualy proven to be effective.I owe it to those few days I ate alot of fiber to really get my gut used to moving bulk again.

Thanks.It's strange to figure out how regular I became after I was eating only meat/veggies with very little carbs believing that it was somehow 'healthier' for me lol
I guess I really wanted it to work and stuck by it eventhough I was having real issues with my regularity.I told myself that it was because I was just getting used to it and all this BS when something was really wrong! Thank god I didn't do any real damage being that I reveresd my sysmptoms in about a weeks time and naturaly best of all!
I know that Oxypowder is great for a short term cleanse but using it regularly kinda messed things up I bet.I understand that they say that it's non-habitforming and that it's safe but I think I'll decide on that one.It dosen't take a genius to figure out that watery shits everyday will make you sick!
Cleansing?! what am I cleansing myself of?..
FOOD? lol!
I still eat pretty good..an example meal is;
lite salad
medium rare steak W/steamed veggies (fill up til I am satisfied!)
chili/beans
and if I am still hungry,I'll just fill up on chili/beans.It may seem like alot of carbs but the fiber content is pretty high so it's cool.
And that's about it.No more 'no-carb psychosis' attacks or brain farts from low clucose levels because I am soo drained of glycogen lol

Oxy-mag or powder can be great after a Liver Flush or for an emergency. But I'll tell you a strange experience of mine. It's about a guy who sells Oxypowder and other supplements. I was on the phone with him and he explained all about how you can get rid of all the gunk in your colon by taking this and will not be dependent on it. So I asked when he did his personal oxy clean up. He said about 20 year ago. I asked how long a person usually takes it for. And he replied, oh forever, who wants to live with a dirty colon. And I said, what you have runny sh..t every day for twenty years???? And he said, yeah, he likes to go 5 times first thing in the morning, then he feels really clean. And of course you need to mainly eat his super food shake in the morning since food isn't really needed. When I said, what you live on supplements he replied, no whole food complex minerals and vit.... I thought, hell that's supplements, it's little pills and powders... And his cold pressed oils which should be refridgeratet at all times don't need to be until opened....oh mi God!!!! And how much does this trip cost,like 400 per month,no, not joking. But hey you don't need to spend on food anymore, quite deal!

yikes..that sounds like a little too much mudslide for comfort!
I certainly would not ever take it for extended periods of time ever again,it really was hard for me to get back to becoming regular again once I was off that stuff.
It works great no doubt but it was really cleaning me out a little too much,so much that whenever I would eat it felt like the next day it was just sitting in my colon and left me with a very uncomfortable feeling.Not gonna do that ever again!
