I'm using the maximum recommended dosage per day and having approx. 3-4 bowel movements each day. I've had a few cramps here and there but nothing that couldn't be relieved by going to the washroom. I'm been eating a really light breakfast during the week and an even lighter lunch(tiny bit of fruit). It seems like once you have your morning bm, the floodgates open the rest of the day. You can be assured that whatever you eat will be expelled within the next two hours. I don't know if I've passed any
parasites or mucoid plaque because a lot of my stool appears to be undigested food(which is the problem that inspired me to start using it in the first place). My Humaworm should be arriving tomorrow so I will be taking a break from the Bowtrol for the next 30 days. After I finish with humaworm, I plan on taking Bowtrol for another month. There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on Bowtrol out there so I thought I'd let everyone how it's been going for me.
Here is a website that talks about Bowtrol a little bit for those of you who may want more info
