I went through a 18 day fast many years ago on my own. There was very little information out there on the internet at that time. Its wonderful to see people sharing their stories and experiences.

It is considerably motivating for me, especially being able to watch from beginning to end. As you are ending you fast, I'm starting mine.....water with a goal of 15-20 days.
