Even my family does not want to talk about it. And even if I make a suggestion they don't really want to hear it.

Liver-Gall Bladder Cleanse Instructions

Here’s an effective yet simple method for cleansing your liver and gall bladder and it takes less than 24 hours. You’ll need to keep near a restroom for most of the process. Read through the entire procedure and the tips at the bottom to familiarize yourself with the cleanse before doing it.

List of Ingredients needed: 3 and 3/4 cups of fresh grapefruit juice (about 6 or 7 grapefruits),
4 tablespoons of Epsom Salt and 1/2 cup of olive oil (organic, cold-pressed, extra-virgin is best).

Four days prior to the cleanse, drink one quart of apple juice per day. On the day of the cleanse prepare these:
Epsom Salt Mixture: Mix 3 cups of fresh grapefruit juice and 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salt (makes four servings, 3/4 cup each). If you prefer it chilled put it in the refrigerator for a while.

Olive Oil Mixture: Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil and 3/4 cup of grapefruit juice only (not the Epsom Salt Mixture). It’s easiest to shake it up in a jar.

Day One
Don’t eat any food after 2:00pm and then drink no liquids (except water) after 5:30pm.

At 6:00pm drink 3/4 cup of the Epsom Salt Mixture.

At 8:00pm drink another 3/4 cup of the Epsom Salt Mixture.

Get ready for bed and at 10:00pm drink the Olive-Oil Mixture. Then immediately lie down on your back and keep still for 20 minutes. If needed, use the restroom again then go to sleep for the night.

Day Two
After 6:00am drink 3/4 cup of the Epsom Salt Mixture.

2 hours later drink 3/4 cup of the Epsom Salt Mixture (yes it’s the last one). After about 2 hours you can eat food again. Have some fresh fruit juice, fruits or vegetables to start and also take some Acidophilus (it’s in yogurt) to restore the friendly bacteria in the intestines. That’s the end.

Tips for a good cleanse: Eat small, fat free meals the day before and on the day of the cleanse. If you get thirsty during the cleanse then drink water—but not right before or right after the olive oil. After drinking the olive oil you may want to rinse your mouth with water and chew a mint to hide the taste. You will have a number of watery bowel movements and on Day Two there will be Gallstones present. The apple juice you drank softened the stones. They will float and be somewhat round and green or tan. Try to make a rough estimate of how many stones you have eliminated. It will take several cleanses to get rid of all the stones, but don’t do it more often than every 2 weeks. Right after cleansing you may feel poorly because your body is detoxifying, but later expect to have increased energy, better digestion and if you have them--your allergies, asthma and Acne to be much better. And there are many other problems it improves. One reason that this all happens is because your liver is not as clogged as before thus allowing it to do its job: filter out impurities from your blood. Much like after cleaning a dirty swimming pool filter, it can clean the water again.
On curezone.com there are message forums where you can communicate with others who have also tried it. And there’s a ton of information about cleansing and other cures to ailments.

What doctors actually believe...is that if a Liver Flush works, then there will be no reason for gall bladder surgery....no more patients to butcher, no money coming in from gall bladder surgery to make the doctors house, boat, vacation and .........etc.

They do not teach things like this at medical school. They teach drugs, surgery, cut and burn. That is how they make their money and they are not open to other suggestions.

Yes doctors they think the flush is harmful !! It is harmful to their making lots of money on gall bladder surgery. ; )
