I'm glad to hear that. I started yesterday, but forgot that I had to go drive to a wedding today, so didn't do it today.
I'm going to do it with my children, also---I'm pretty certain that my 2 year old has the same thing I do, but I'm not sure about the other ones.
(I don't know if you remember me...I was on this forum a few months back...originally thought I had folliculitis...unfortunatly, I now am to the point where I believe it is the LAST thing I wanted to believe: it's Morgellons. I'm not to the point of sprouting fibers regularly, but the "salt-like" flecks are there. I've been faithfully fighting what I thought was MITES [fighting with borax and peroxide, etc] but just last week had a huge "hatching," I guess, as I woke up one morning to movement my hands and feet from something small crawling around in there, and can now feel things moving throughout my body almost right below my skin...it is NOT so fun...and as my two year old is complaining about his "toes" etc, I'm guessing he is having the same problem)...
The salt protocol sounds like the best bet for someone his age (about 30 lbs, so 3 grams). I bought salt tabs--I'm just under 130, so it will be about 13 pills for me, plus the C's. I guess I"ll need to buy chewable C's for him.
I took humaworm in May/June, as did all my family. It was a wonderful product---I felt GREAT, and it did kill some very small worms, but it did not change the Morgellon-type problems I was having at all, so apparently these worms (or whatever they are) aren't killed by the typical herbal remedies.
I'm also adopting a Lyme diet, which is similar to Candida and a
parasite diet in almost every way (NO sugar, and only brown rice for carbs, etc) as I've read about folks treating Morgellons fairly successfully with that.
Tell me more about the die-off. Is it just feeling terrible or is it actually worms coming out of orafaces? I'm feeling rather nervous about that aspect, but ready to see everything DIE DIE DIE, so am willing to go through whatever it takes.
