It is possible that you do not have mucoid plaque, or it might be breaking up and passing with your normal eliminations. It took me over a year of bowel cleansing before I passed anything that I knew beyond any doubt was mucoid plaque, and it all came out in two movements. I suggest you do the P&Bs for no more than two weeks at a time, then give your system a rest for four to six weeks, then do two more weeks. Too much psyllium can be very hard on the delicate lining of the small intestine, even to the point of abrading the villi. Try drinking fresh lemon water daily to help soften any plaque you may have, and use some cayenne too. My "big release" came after three Master Cleanses and a parasite
Even if you do not pass the huge masses of mucoid plaque some people do, you are still doing a good thing by cleaning your colon. Just don't overdo it. Taking a break and depending on raw fruits and veggies for fiber between cleanses will help cleanse and detoxify your system too.
