MoreI know this is kind of gross, but this has happened to me at least 5 or 6 times, and i've only been oil pulling for 7 days. Especially my first pull of the day. I will be pulling for about 5 minutes and I will have to go very quickly. This usually happens to me with coffee too. It's not a bad thing, in fact it's great to feel cleaned out first thing in the morning. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if it is indeed attributed to the oil pulling.

This is a reply to # 949,624I've found that the first action the GI does in the day - from drinking plain water to coffee to oil pulling, will stimulate the 1st movement. This is a good thing in my experience. It only works if I've been eating ok and getting enough water. Cheers!
